Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Market Research for SMLRR

  • Market Supply and Demand Monitoring and Analysis
  • Price Sensitivity Monitoring
  • Focused In-Depth Studies for particular projects of interest
  • Buyers Profiling and Assessment
  • Facilitates/Conduct Focus Group Discussion, In-House Surveys
  • Assist Project Development in Concept Studies
  • Regular Sales Performance Review
  • Monitor News and Events that are of particular interest or have a direct effect on SMLRR Projects.
  • Assist in conducting Feasibility Studies and Land Use Assessments.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Statistics, Communication Research, Economics, Business Administration
  • At least 2-3 years experience
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA, Pasay.
