The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting project planning, and contributing to the growth of the company's construction and maintenance operations. The role involves strategic planning, market research, client coordination, and supporting proposal preparation to secure and expand projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in construction and maintenance

  • Assist in planning and strategizing project proposals and business development initiatives.

  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the operations and engineering teams.

  • Support client acquisition and relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct site visits and provide technical input during project scoping and bidding stages.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation required for business development activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of secured projects to operations.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
    Preferably WOMAN.

  • At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience in construction or maintenance projects.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office and project planning tools.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Experience in business development, bidding, or project planning.

  • Background in handling construction or maintenance projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
