Fitwhite Aesthetics is seeking a Christ-centered, visionary Marketing Head to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our aesthetics business across all branches. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing client acquisition, and leading a results-oriented marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead social media campaigns, digital marketing, and content creation for all branches.
  • Collaborate with interns, operations and sales teams to drive promotional initiatives and client engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and campaign performance to optimize ROI.

    Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficient execution of campaigns.

    Provide mentorship and guidance to the marketing team.
  • Represent the brand at events and external engagements when necessary.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets for all branches.
  • Increase social media engagement and followers by X% within 6 months.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns contribute to a minimum monthly sales growth target of ₱1M across branches.
  • Successfully launch X number of promotional campaigns per quarter.
  • Timely reporting and performance tracking of all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2 years experience as a Marketing Head or similar leadership role, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, or retail and services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Christ-centered, ethical, and able to foster a positive team culture.
