JOB SCOPE:

  • Lead the charge in executing high-impact design projects across both print and digital platforms, transforming creative briefs into standout campaigns that capture attention.
  • Uphold and consistently elevate Hann's brand standards, ensuring all creative outputs align seamlessly with our strategic objectives and premium market positioning.
  • Mentor and guide our talented in-house design team, meticulously overseeing workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets that consistently meet—and exceed—agency-level standards.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related creative field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar creative role, ideally with a background gained within a fast-paced advertising agency environment.
  • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and a clear ability to lead, articulate, and bring creative concepts to life.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.), coupled with excellent leadership, compelling presentation skills, and robust project management capabilities.
