This is direct hiring for our client, a Philippine-based real estate company. The company specializes in residential and commercial leasing, offering properties that cater to both short-term and long-term stays. Finance AssociateWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to support our finance team with day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and analysis.

You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting budgeting processes, and helping to maintain the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support audits, tax filings, and other financial examinations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
