About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our client's growing marketing team. This hybrid role blends video production, motion graphics, and digital design, serving as a key player in how the brand communicates, educates, and engages with its audience.

You'll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to create impactful video content across multiple platforms—social media, websites, paid campaigns, and more. From animated explainers to product demos and customer stories, your work will bring the brand's voice and message to life.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for various digital channels (social, web, email, paid ads, etc.)
  • Create custom motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate storytelling
  • Use Figma to collaborate on and contribute to marketing and product design workflows
  • Apply AI tools to optimize and accelerate video production processes
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, visual narratives aligned with brand goals
  • Ensure visual and brand consistency across all content
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery while meeting tight deadlines
  • Stay current with trends in video, animation, digital media, and platform requirements

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video work, motion graphics, and multimedia content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Advanced skills in Figma for digital asset creation and collaboration
  • Demonstrated experience with motion graphics and animation
  • Familiarity with AI tools in video editing workflows
  • Understanding of digital media best practices, including optimization for web and social platforms
  • Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality execution
  • English fluency

Nice-To-Have

  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or product-led companies
  • Familiarity with Canva, Webflow, or other no-code tools
  • Understanding of video performance metrics and optimization strategies
