JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES


• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that ensure a seamless user experience.


• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements.


• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.


• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.


• Support in maintaining design consistency across all digital products and platforms.


• Assist in developing design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving product usability and aesthetics.


• Ensure that design outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.


• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.


• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.


• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva, or any website builders).


• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate user needs into intuitive designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to handle feedback positively and adapt designs accordingly.


• 0–1 year of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related fields (internship experience is acceptable).


• Experience working on design projects or a portfolio showcasing user interface and user experience work is an advantage.


• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development basics is a plus but not required.
