Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced web applications using JavaScript (ES6+) and ReactJS.
  • Lead the front-end development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, implementation, and deployment.
  • Oversee, mentor, and technically guide junior front-end developers, ensuring growth and adherence to standards.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high-quality coding standards across the team.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement scalable, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Work on interactive or game-related features using Cocos, where applicable.

    Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Coordinate with project managers and leadership to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Drive improvements in development workflows, documentation, and coding practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ concepts and patterns.
  • Advanced experience with ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API).
  • Familiarity with Cocos2d-x or Cocos Creator.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI implementation.
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and support junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies , Express) is a plus.
  • Experience optimizing applications for performance and interactive experiences.
  • Prior experience in team leadership, mentorship, or supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum development methodologies.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
