Applications Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support and Engagement: Identify customer needs, goals, and product applications through in-depth discussions with healthcare professionals. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints by providing solutions directly or in collaboration with internal teams. Deliver exceptional technical support and conduct troubleshooting and testing at customer sites. Manage customer complaints locally and internationally as needed.
  • Product Education and Promotion: Educate customers on product use and benefits via presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions. Implement tailored strategies to maximize product utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with hospital personnel and key decision makers. Expand contact network through ongoing engagement and professional interactions.
  • Technical and Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance and coordinate troubleshooting procedures with affiliates. Stay updated on supplier documentation and ensure timely implementation of changes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Log installations, demos, troubleshooting, and repairs in the customer relationship management (CRM) system accurately. Ensure CRM entries are current and complete to support internal tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology
  • Licensed medical technologist preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical device software or hospital lab setting is a plus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
