Sole Surgeon is a modern shoe cleaning and restoration brand that started in Quezon City and is now expanding across Metro Manila. Our vision is to become the Philippines' leading shoe care and lifestyle brand.

Beyond opening new stores, we're developing our own product line, building our e-commerce presence, exploring new marketing channels, and reaching new market segments.

As an intern, you won't be stuck doing low-value tasks—you'll be working on real, high-impact projects that shape the future of the business. What You'll Work On

As a Product & Marketing Intern, you'll be at the center of exciting growth projects:

Meta Ads Creative Experimentation (Facebook and Instagram)

• Continuously create and test ad creatives.
• Learn what works (and what doesn't) by analyzing real campaign data.
• Optimize for the highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Think of it as your own marketing laboratory.

University Marketing Campaigns

• Build buzz among students near our Katipunan (Ateneo, UP) and España (UST) branches.
• Design promotions and campaigns that drive awareness and trial with the college student market.
• Be creative and scrappy in finding ways to win over young customers.

TikTok Channel Launch

• Help Sole Surgeon break into TikTok
• Develop creative, engaging video content.
• Experiment to find what generates reach and engagement.
• Build our content playbook as you learn what works.

Influencer Marketing Program

• Research and reach out to influencers who can champion our brand.
• Onboard them into partnerships and track collaborations.
• Drive awareness and trust by growing our influencer community.

eCommerce Product Line Launch

• Launch Sole Surgeon's first-ever product line
• Research product opportunities, develop specs, pricing and packaging.
• Support the go-to-market plan and help bring a real product to life.

Must Haves

• Undergraduate college student in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, or other relevant fields.
• Must be knowledgeable in multimedia editing software such as Canva and Capcut.
• Must be able to render a full-time internship of at least 300 hours.
• Self-starter with a strong drive to take initiative and get things done.
• Highly motivated, hardworking, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business / startup environment.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Congressional Avenue Extension, Quezon City (near Tandang Sora, Luzon Avenue and Visayas Avenue)

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
