Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or high-volume setting.
• Self-starter and can work with minimal supervision.
• Must have strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, psychometric tools, and compliance
• Requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Application and other data analysis application.
• Experience in fast-paced industries and training in behavioral interviewing are preferred.
• Familiar with operations, policies, and procedures in MUTI Group of Companies environment.
• Familiarity with online sourcing platforms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
