About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Victorian Placement Agency' in Manggahan Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through a blended channel approach, handling both phone and digital enquiries.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Providing product and service information to customers, assisting them with their needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the blended (phone and digital) support model
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
