Join Crusted as a Management Trainee, where you'll take on a dual role as a Cashier and Operations Leader, ensuring excellent dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the cashier station, handling customer orders, payments, and queries with a smile.
  • Oversee the overall operations of the dining area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Lead and motivate the service team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in training, scheduling, and supervising team members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to meet demand.
  • Address and resolve customer feedback and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Implement and uphold company standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or college-level education in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Willingness to multitask and adapt to different roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
