  • Driver Engagement & Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding company policies, procedures, and concerns.
  • Conduct regular dialogues and meetings with drivers to gather feedback and address issues.
  • Build rapport to foster a positive working environment and reduce driver turnover.
  • Compliance & Policy Enforcement
  • Ensure drivers adhere to company rules, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and proper use of company assets.
  • Assist in the investigation of driver-related violations and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Support
  • Track driver performance (e.g., delivery timeliness, customer feedback, fuel efficiency, safety record).
  • Coordinate with fleet and operations teams for driver assignments, schedules, and route issues.
  • Recommend training or corrective actions to improve driver efficiency and professionalism.
  • Administrative Functions
  • Maintain updated driver records, including licenses, trainings, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist HR in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new drivers.
  • Prepare reports on driver relations, incidents, and compliance status for management review.
  • Conflict Resolution & Discipline
  • Mediate disputes involving drivers, customers, or co-workers.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary measures in accordance with company policies.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork among drivers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
