Job DescriptionOversee, maintain, and manage the company's network and security infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting key initiatives and projects.

Execute change control processes and manage device configurations across all network and security infrastructure and services. Generate and present management-level reports on firewall, proxy, and Intrusion Protection System (IPS) device activity on a regular basis. Contribute to the security incident response team, implementing tactical risk mitigation strategies to address security incidents.

Collaborate with business units to design network and security infrastructure solutions and strategies that meet customer needs, while ensuring compliance with established processes, standards, and policies. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience. Extensive expertise in Cisco IOS, NXOS, Palo Alto PANOS, and Cloud Proxy Solutions (experience with Zscaler is a bonus).

In-depth proficiency with dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and RIP, including advanced configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting in complex network environments. Certifications: Active CCNP, PCNSE, and AWS certifications are strongly preferred. Experience in NetDevOps and/or SecDevOps practices, including automation for infrastructure configuration, deployment, and management (with tools like Python, Ansible, Terraform, bash scripting, etc.).

Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Splunk (CrowdStrike LogScale is an added advantage). Understanding of compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI, and PII standards and regulations. Additional knowledge in wireless networking, network monitoring tools (SolarWinds HCO experience is a plus).5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment with 24/7 production operations.
