Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Naval Architect to design and develop marine vessels, ensuring their safety, performance, and efficiency. You will apply engineering principles to optimize vessel structure, stability, and compliance with maritime regulations. Collaborating with engineers and project managers, you will help deliver innovative solutions for ship and boat design, contributing to the advancement of the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and updates construction drawings, 2D and 3D, repair plans and drawings for project proposals.
  • Assists production for any technical issues for shipbuilding and ship repair projects.
  • Prepares materials/weight estimates as preliminary requirements for ship building and ship repair.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Naval Architecture.
  • Experience:
  • Relevant work experience in the chosen department is an advantage, but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to problem solve.
  • Work Ethic: Honest, responsible, and able to work with initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Attitude: Positive, flexible, and eager to learn.
