Skills & Knowledge

  1. Strong understanding of the consumer journey and how to create meaningful touchpoints throughout.
  2. Ability to handle and analyse data comfortably and translate findings into actionable insights.
  3. Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
  4. Strong administrative skills, with experience managing data entry, monitoring, and system updates.
  5. Basic understanding of CRM systems, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention strategies is a plus.
  6. Experience in SEO, CRM, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, or any other related fields
