Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, inbox messaging, and in-platform pop-ups.
  • Segment players based on behavior, activity, value, and lifecycle stage.
  • Create personalized and automated journeys such as onboarding, reactivation, VIP nurturing, churn prevention, and win-back campaigns.
  • Manage promotional calendars, bonus offers, and retention initiatives.

Player Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
  • Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, engagement, ARPU, and churn.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve messaging, timing, segmentation, and incentives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase player loyalty and lifetime value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, customer support, and VIP teams to align CRM initiatives.
  • Coordinate with design teams for banners, email templates, and promotional creatives.
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure messaging meets regulatory requirements.

Technical & Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain and update CRM workflows, automation rules, and segmentation models.
  • Ensure accurate setup of promotions, bonus structures, and reward mechanics.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and work with tech teams for system improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of CRM experience, preferably in iGaming, e-commerce, fintech, or digital entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention strategies, and iGaming behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Optimove, HubSpot, Emarsys, Braze, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with data, analytics dashboards, and segmentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
