The Core Intelligence Assistant is a key enabler of insight excellence within the Insights Team. By ensuring the data inputs are clean, structured, and optimized, this role lays the foundation for sharper analysis and more impactful storytelling. With a focus on organizing, regining and maintaing social listening ang digital performance data, the Core Intelligence Assistant helps turn raw signals into strategic value.

Monitoring & Data Gathering

  • Track and analyze digital conversations across social platforms and the web via social listening and analytics tools.
  • Monitor emerging topics, hashtags, creator trends, audience shifts, and platform behavior.
  • Maintain dashboards, templates, and data frameworks for regular reporting

Insight Development

  • Assist in populating standard reports with cleaned and verified data.
  • Synthesize data into meaningful stories that drive strategy, creative decisions and content development.
  • Identify audience behaviors, content patterns, and cultural signals relevant to each client or category

Reporting & Visualization

  • Develop clear, compelling reports that blend quantitative data with qualitative insights.
  • Assist in preparing recurring reports by organizing and populating charts, tables, and visuals based on verified data.
  • Support the Core Intelligence Analyst in ensuring that reports are accurate, consistent and aligned with established templates.

Trend Monitoring & Thought Leadership

  • Keep an eye on emerging platform feautures, content formats, and user behaviors.
  • Serve as the "pulse keeper" on what's rising, fading or shifting across categories and communities

Strategic Insight Integration

  • Curate platform, audience, and category signals that ground creative ideas and strategic recommendations in real-world data
  • Always contributein brainstorms and planning sessions, offering a data-informed perspective that sharpens direction and unlocks opporunities

Requirements

  • Open to work onsite if needed, but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
