Job Description

  • Overseeing and guiding a team of collections specialists in achieving performance targets, managing daily operations, and implementing strategies to optimize collections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and refine workflow processes.
  • Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports related to performance updates and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance.
  • Responsible for leading and developing a team of collection agents to achieve recovery and delinquency targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance.
  • This role combines people management with data-driven decision-making — leveraging data mining, analysis, and reporting to identify performance trends, optimize collection strategies, and support business insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, for tracking performance metrics and managing reports
