We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager who is passionate about farming, animals, and sustainable living. The Farm Manager will oversee the daily operations of a private farm located in Silang, Cavite, which includes the care of animals, cultivation of plants, maintenance of facilities, and coordination with other staff members.

This position requires the candidate to live on-site to ensure consistent care and management of the farm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage daily farm operations, including animal care, crop maintenance, and facility upkeep.

  2. Ensure the health and welfare of all farm animals (e.g., feeding, grooming, medical attention, cleanliness).

  3. Oversee planting, watering, harvesting, and general upkeep of gardens, crops, or other plant-based areas.

  4. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the farm property at all times.

  5. Coordinate and work collaboratively with other farm staff, workers, and suppliers.

  6. Manage supply inventory and ensure timely procurement of feeds, fertilizers, tools, and other farm essentials.

  7. Implement sustainable farming practices where applicable.

  8. Prepare and submit regular updates or reports on farm activities and conditions to the owner or designated contact.

  9. Perform basic troubleshooting and light repairs of farm equipment or infrastructure, or coordinate with service providers when necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in farm management, animal husbandry, or related fields.

  2. Genuine love and passion for animals, plants, and farm life.

  3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  4. Ability to live on-site and adapt to rural lifestyle and working conditions.

  5. Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on farm work.

  6. Can work harmoniously with other staff and maintain a respectful and team-oriented attitude.

  7. Trustworthy, responsible, and self-motivated.

Other Requirements:

  1. Willing to live on-site at the farm in Silang, Cavite (accommodation provided).

  2. Flexible with working hours, especially during urgent farm needs or emergencies.

  3. Non-smoker.

  4. Background check and references may be required.
