About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. As a Housekeeping team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our facilities. What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly clean and sanitise guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces according to company standards
  2. Replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms and common areas
  3. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as window washing, carpet vacuuming, and surface polishing
  4. Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
  5. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
  6. Collaborate with the broader Housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and efficient task completion

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a Housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  5. Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
  6. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
