Mulesoft Developer Job Summary
Thunder's Delivery team implements technology-based solutions in the areas of business intelligence, analytics, information management, reporting, and mobility. In addition, this team configures the company's proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the delivery of the technical solutions leading the design and development phases and collaborating with other teams for business requirements and system testing.

The Mulesoft Developer will draw on their skills and experience within Mulesoft and the Salesforce core platform, to create modules and packages that are holistically sound, which will then become a larger system, as well as contribute to discussions regarding the design of a set of solutions that will maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform. The candidate will work on application development using best practices as well as setting up and modifying systems built within Salesforce to solve some of the most exciting problems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft/Salesforce.
• Create APIs, connectors, and integration flows to link various systems and applications.
• Work with the project team to understand integration needs and deliver solutions that fulfill business requirements.
• Maintain and support existing MuleSoft integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Flexibility to assist with additional tasks or projects outside of core responsibilities, as business needs arise

Experience

• Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, including API design, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in using development tools and technologies related to MuleSoft and/or Salesforce.
• Ability and willingness to learn additional Salesforce products, most specifically Data Cloud.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in MuleSoft development and at least 1 year of experience in the Salesforce core platform.

• At least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications + willingness to achieve 4 Active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employment

• Detailed oriented and should be able to manage numerous deadlines & deliverables.

• Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects.
• Experience with Agile development processes is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other team members (immediate team as well as cross-functional teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to apply good judgment and decision-making skills.
