Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:
    Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance applications based on MuleSoft technologies.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    Lead implementation efforts, assign tasks to junior team members, and maintain clear communication with project managers and architects.
  • Proactive Ownership:
    Own tasks, provide regular updates, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work collaboratively with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to team meetings.
  • Methodology and Process Improvement:
    Suggest improvements in internal processes and methodologies, while working independently on tasks and producing readable documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Experience:
    5 years in IT with a focus on APIs, microservices, and integration.
  • Java Expertise:
    Strong background in Java and integration principles.
  • Web Services:
    Experience with SOAP and/or REST APIs.
  • Version Control:
    Proficiency in tools like Git, GitLab, AWS Code Commit, or others.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • MuleSoft Certifications:
    Having any MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MCD, MCPA, MCIA)
  • Communication and Teamwork:
    Effective communication and collaborative skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Middleware/ESB Expertise:
    Experience with MuleSoft ESB, Apigee, or other ESB technologies.
  • Database and Messaging Protocols:
    Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, JMS, FTP, SMTP.
  • Consulting Experience:
    Previous experience in consulting services.
  • Application Support & IT Operations:
    Ability to provide support and manage deployments.
