About the role

Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Roxas City Capiz. This is a full-time position that will involve assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchasing needs
  2. Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store display by stocking shelves, organising merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and well-kept
  3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
  4. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  5. Collaborating with the retail team to achieve sales targets and contributing to the overall performance of the store
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organised store environment
  4. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing a great shopping experience for our customers
  5. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
