LeadX Fellows
— an accelerated
6–8 month management trainee program
designed for high-potential professionals ready to grow, innovate, and drive meaningful change.

We're looking for
forward-thinking talent
from fintech, banking, microfinance, NGOs, and related industries professionals with sharp thinking, leadership potential, and a passion for impact.

Ideal Candidates Have:

• 3–5 years of strong professional experience in fintech, banking, microfinance, NGOs, or similar fields
• Proven leadership capability — supervisory, managerial, or equivalent experience
• Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to plan, execute, and operationalize effectively
• A proactive, execution-focused mindset — someone who makes things happen
• Passion for innovation, financial inclusion, and community impact
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership, and deliver results

Program Experience:

As a
LeadX Fellow
, you'll rotate across critical functions such as:

Credit Risk, Micro Operations, Finance, Digital Transformation, Community Engagement,
and other strategic units.

You will:

• Work on high-impact projects
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders
• Contribute to designing solutions that uplift underserved communities

At the end of the program, Fellows will transition into roles aligned with their strengths, leadership trajectory, and career goals.
