We are a trusted microfinance organization committed to expanding financial inclusion and improving lives. To cultivate our next generation of leaders, we're launching LeadX Fellows an accelerated 6–8 month management trainee program for exceptional professionals who want to grow, innovate, and drive meaningful change.

We're seeking high-achieving, forward-thinking talent from emerging fintech, banking, NGOs, microfinance, or related industries; professionals who can bring sharp thinking, passion, and leadership to a mission-driven organization.

Ideal candidates have:

· 3–5 years of strong professional experience in fintech, banking, microfinance, social impact organizations, or similar fields

· Proven leadership capability - experience in a supervisory or managerial role (or higher)

· A strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze, plan, and operationalize effectively

· A readiness to roll up their sleeves, execute confidently, and make things happen

· A passion for innovation and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on communities

· Driven to excel in fast-paced environments, take ownership, think critically, and consistently deliver results.

As a LeadX Fellow, you will rotate across critical functions, gaining hands-on exposure in areas such as: Credit Risk, Micro Operations, Finance, Digital Transformation, Community Engagement and other strategic units

You'll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and help shape financial solutions that uplift underserved communities.

At the end of the program, Fellows transition into roles that fit their strengths, leadership potential, and career direction.
