What the day will look like
- Support Accounts Receivable by reducing outstanding payments, reconciling and allocating payments, and managing debtor follow-ups.
- Renew and grow Premium Funding sales across Aon Australia segments.
- Provide high-level customer service and administrative support to stakeholders, addressing broker and client payment queries.
- Identify and implement process improvements, assist with team workflows, and support stakeholder engagement and training.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations, especially during peak periods, and contribute to monthly debtor report cleanups.
