Property Administrator handles, in line with the goals of the department, all property management concerns of assigned horizontal projects of the company and assist the Property Management Head in ensuring that these projects are turnover to HOA and timely acquisition of the Certificate of Completion for these projects.

1. Handles the planning and execution of the day-to-day activities of site personnel responsible in the maintenance and upkeep of common areas and projects still under the company's management.

2. Provides support to the Customer Service Group with the turnover of lot and house & lot units to clients and assisting with their concern on site.

3. Reports to the Property Management Head all request, developments and activities under the projects closely handled by him that are essential to the process of turnover of the projects.

4. Assist the Property Management Head in creating good working relationships with all Homeowners Association to ensure smooth turnover of the village to them.

5. Gathers and Provides reports requested by the Property Management Head in line with the needs of the management.

6. Monitors the maintenance and upkeep of RFO units being handled by third party maintenance personnel.

7. Attends to all request by concern project, filter those that are still under the company's jurisdiction and ensures that these are address on time.

8. Assist Head Office Personnel and Government Regulators in the inspection of the project handled by them for the purposes of, but not, limited to issuance of permits and Certificate of Completion and other requirements needed by the management.

9. Handles client's concerns, especially with regards to their accounts, requests and refunds.

10. Inspects and ensure that the client is following the Company construction policy, especially to those property that is not yet turned over.

11. Oversees all accounts and concerns within the properties assigned and coordinate with the group, property managers and all affected parties.

12. Handles additional duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Engineering, Business or Management courses.

  • Atleast 2-4 years experience in Property Administration.

  • Knowledgeable about Building Codes, Safety Regulations & Industry Standards, Preventive Maintenance & Safety Procedures, Customer Service, Document Management Process.
