Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and product visibility in assigned accounts.
- Handle order-taking, collections, and timely reporting of sales activities.
- Process orders and ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products to clients.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activities.
- Monitor, check, and coordinate warehouse stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock replenishment and movement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in sales, field selling, fast-moving consumer goods account management, merchandising, and other related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and willing to do fieldwork.
