DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Communicate with business partners by presenting requirements, documents and overview of products to help generate leads

  2. Facilitate in processing of sales orders and completion of delivery of goods

  3. Gather and maintain sales reports and other sales related data

  4. Perform sales analysis which includes performance and trends

  5. Support sales team by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates

  6. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails, handling orders by phone or meeting customers face to face as needed

  7. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly

  8. Collaborate with sales team in weekly meetings

  9. Ensures consistent and smooth flow of goods from warehouse to stock room and to display of stores

  10. Assist in deliveries and receiving of all incoming and outgoing SKUs

  11. Monitors stocks per store outlet and generate regular inventory reports

  12. Reconciling any merchandise discrepancies

  13. Checking and scanning of items prior to receiving of outlets

  14. Organizing and maintaining all back stock areas

  15. Organizing, reporting and monitoring of BO's and near expiry goods

  16. Assist in stock item replenishment during promotions such as sampling activity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
