Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise construction and renovation projects within the hotel premises.
  • Prepare cost estimates, technical plans, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, designers, and suppliers to ensure work meets hotel standards and specifications.
  • Inspect ongoing works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and company policies.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, project documentation, and completion certificates.
  • Support preventive maintenance and long-term facility improvement plans.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations during construction or renovation activities.
  • Troubleshoot structural and engineering issues as needed.
  • Recommend upgrades or modifications to improve hotel facilities and energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, or facility projects—preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
