The Aesthetician/Facialist provides professional skin care services, including facials, skincare consultations, and non-invasive treatments. This role focuses on enhancing clients' skin health, appearance, and overall relaxation while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform customized facials, skin treatments, and exfoliation procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Manager and IV Therapist for all procedures and services that clients need.
  • Must be memorized & familiarized with all the FITWHITE products use, benefits, contraindications, process, services, prices, and all significant information.
  • Supporting the authorized company marketing and ads.
  • Keep the clinic clean, scented, sanitized, lighted, and organized.
  • Welcome and entertain the client.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate.
  • With one (1) year of experience as a Facialist.
  • Possess a high level of integrity, worth ethics, leadership skills, loyalty, and team-oriented.
  • With a pleasing personality.
