Direct reporting to QA Manager.

Monitor all QA inspection, Implement inspection standard given by Engineering.

Prepare weekly defect and report and monthly quality Situation summary.

Prepare report for the material defect encountered in incoming inspection and during production.

Revised / review QA procedure as needed.

Review calibration monitoring report.

Provide training quality on Quality Awareness for new employees and inspectors.

Attend internal and / external training as requested by customer and third party companies.

Prepare and send conformed responsiveness on quality issues, evaluation and performance rating to the costumer .

Shall follow and observe the quality management system standard procedure.

Shall perform different assigned task from superior from time to time.
