Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services. This role will focus on both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, market research, branding, and customer engagement to drive growth and strengthen the company's market position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and social media content.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all marketing communications.
  • Work with external vendors, media agencies, and creative teams as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, email marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic knowledge of photography or video editing is an advantage.
