Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
- Manage the company's online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and social media content.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Monitor and report campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing communications.
- Work with external vendors, media agencies, and creative teams as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, email marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
