Medical Marketing Manager

We are looking for a
Medical Marketing Manager
who will take the lead in
brand strategy and execution
for our marketing and nutrition portfolio. This role is equivalent to a
Brand Manager
and will be responsible for shaping market positioning, strengthening brand equity, and driving business growth through impactful medical marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Trade, Digital, Learning & Development, and Medical Sales—to ensure our brands are effectively differentiated, relevant to healthcare professionals (HCPs), and trusted by consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
brand strategies
to drive awareness, preference, and loyalty within the medical community and consumer markets. - Lead
end-to-end campaign development
: concept, messaging, content, activation, and measurement. - Oversee
product launches, rebranding, and lifecycle management
for assigned brands. - Drive
evidence-based marketing
by leveraging insights from doctors, nutrition advisors, and market research. - Directly manage the Integrated Marketing Specialist
, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. - Work closely with the
Learning & Development Specialist
to design and deliver product knowledge programs. - Provide
educational materials, clinical studies, and product information
to support HCPs and the field force, strictly in line with the
Milk Code
and industry regulations. - Partner with Trade Marketing to ensure brand visibility and consistent in-store presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and HCP feedback to refine brand strategies.
- Manage brand budget, agency partners, and ensure ROI on marketing activities.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and ethical promotion standards in all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Nutrition, or Life Sciences
(MBA is an advantage). - Minimum
5–7 years of experience
in Brand Management, preferably in
pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutrition industries
. - Proven track record in
branding, product positioning, and market expansion
. - Strong understanding of
HCP engagement
and the medical field. - Experience in
team management
or supervisory roles. - Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
