Responsible for monitoring and managing company accounts, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with agreements, and timely collection of receivables. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills to handle account assessments, contract preparation, property verification, and resolution of account-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the status of company accounts and ensure timely updates.
  • Analyze transaction documents and account receivables for accuracy and compliance.
  • Draft and prepare contracts, Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), and Service Agreements.
  • Safekeep and maintain proper filing of documentary exhibits and related documents.
  • Negotiate repayment arrangements with clients or account holders.
  • Prepare complaints, forms, and annexes related to account issues.
  • Conduct contact tracing of accounts to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution.
  • Perform property verification, assessment, and appraisal when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
