Credit Analyst

• Load out approvals
• Send out of approval request/due invoices/past due invoices
• Acknowledgement and verification of payments (online & PDCs)
• Posting of all check payments in SAP and Online Payment Tracing
• Provide weekly projected collection
• Provide summary of for collection to HAOs weekly
• Prepare Aging of Receivables Monthly
• Credit Scoring and Rating
• Customer visits/OB
• Reconciliation of General Ledger
• Monthly Statement of Accounts
• Evaluation of data for credit scoring
• Adjustment of taxes, financing fee and truck scale allowance
• Update BPs' consultation for rebates
• Computation of monthly rebates
• Credit Investigation
• AR Color Coding/AR Risk Categories
• Conduct collection calls to HAOs
• Communicate credit department and company payment policies to BPs/HAOs
• Provide customer service and develops relationships with internal/external customers
• Maintain accurate credit files and collection files
• Analyzing client records and using the data to recommend payment plans

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
