Position Summary

1. Analyze the customers, markets, competitors, and technological trends to gain insights and propose a direction to establish a differentiation strategy for products/solutions.
2. Plan a timely product/solution portfolio, pricing strategy based on a product roadmap, and establish mid/long-term profit goals.
3. Conduct product, application-specific lineup management, manage Product Life Cycle (PLC) and price operations to contribute to revenue, profit, M/S expansion.4. Develop a product STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) strategy to effectively communicate with customers and deliver the value proposition accurately.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Market Sensing] Analyze market and competitor trends, including investment, P-Mix, and portfolio, and establish an investment and operation strategy based on such analysis.
2. [Line up Management] Participate in establishing a process/line up portfolio plan considering the PLC by product/application and derive an optimal operation plan.
3. [Demand Forecasting] Analyze supply strategies by predicting customer demand in the assigned region in advance.
4. [Sales Strategy] Participate in establishing the mid- to short-term sales strategy.
5. [Account Management] Manage an amicable customer relationship and prepare a mid- to long-term cooperation strategy for a win-win.
6. [New BIZ Discovery] Participate in identifying new accounts and BIZ opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Data strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive BI strategy to improve data visibility and accessibility across B2B functions.
  • Reporting & dashboards: Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics related to B2B sales, client engagement, and market trends.
  • Data analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can guide strategic decisions and uncover new opportunities in the B2B market.
  • Data governance: Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular validation and cleansing tasks.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to understand data needs and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions.
  • Market research: Collect and analyze market data and competitor intelligence to keep the B2B strategy relevant and competitive.
