Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks as prioritized and assigned by the Design Manager
  • Create visuals, illustrations, and animations for eLearning materials
  • Design and lay out slide content to support learning objectives
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Proofread and test eLearning content for accuracy and functionality
  • Revise designs based on internal or client feedback
  • Maintain accurate timesheets
  • Handle confidential information responsibly
  • Maintain professionalism and respectful communication at all times
  • Perform other duties as required to support company objectives

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic/digital design
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles
  • Eager to learn new software and tools
  • Customer service–oriented with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, face-to-face)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Professional, confident, and effective communicator
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities
  • Familiarity with is an advantage

Work Arrangement

  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 7:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine (9) hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
