In charge for the replacement of heat roll tension roll in lamination processJob description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • FRESH GRADUATE ARE OPEN TO APPLY (must have Diploma or TOR)
  • With or without experience in manufacturing company
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work on a shifting basis
  • Render OT weekdays and weekends if required

JOB DUTIES:

  • Check Daily Start-up Check sheet.
  • Daily monitoring of room temperature and relative humidity condition.Sets molds to be tested.
  • Support on changing model of machine specially on slitting process
  • Make engineering reports and procedure and standards.
  • Conduct machine improvement and investigation and evaluation.
  • Support during machine preventive maintenance.
  • In charge for the replacement of heat roll tension roll in lamination process.
  • In-charge in Monthly Kaizen and near-miss Suggestion.
  • In charge in making and submitting weekly report and loss rate monitoring.
