OB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
  • With or without experience in manufacturing set-up
  • Must be flexible and hardworking person
  • Must have knowledge in supply chain or cycle time as OJT
  • Keen to details and assertive
  • Confident and can work on a team
  • Passionate with good presentation skills
  • Computer Literate (MS Office)

JOB DUTIES:

  • Fully understand lean manufacturing principles.
  • Assist and support the work flow and lean manufacturing processes for production department.
  • Analyze actual production methods using lean manufacturing principles, benchmarks, and forms.
  • Assist with the implementation of the single-piece-flow work-cells together with production staff to meet daily product demand with minimal staffing requirement.
