About the Role

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer who thrives in building reliable, automated, and scalable systems and solving complex problems. You will be responsible for our AWS and Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 Support, CI/CD pipelines, Security, and working with our devs to maintain a healthy and operational code base.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

Standardize configurations and enforce infrastructure best practices through code reviews and automation.

CI/CD Pipelines:

Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to support fast, safe, and repeatable deployments.

Automate build, test, and deployment workflows to support multiple environments.

AWS Cloud Architecture:

Design and build secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS infrastructure (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, VPCs, IAM).

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Opentelemetry, and Alert Manager.

Ensure resilience and high availability across services.

Automation & Python Development:

Write Python scripts and tools to automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and operational tasks.

Build internal tooling and integrations that simplify developer workflows.

Contribute to codebases that support infrastructure and application reliability.

Azure and Microsoft 365:

Assist with Azure & M365 Conditional Access policies and configurations.

Support Microsoft 365 troubleshooting to include security incidents

Setup of Microsoft Entra for IDP, SSO, and MFA.

Provide Azure server administration, including VM management, networking, and role-based access controls.

Collaborate with teams to enforce compliance and best practices across Microsoft environments.

Reliability & Performance:

Champion SRE practices, including SLIs/SLOs, incident response, postmortems, and performance tuning.

Identify and remediate bottlenecks, scaling issues, and operational risks.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with development teams to embed reliability, automation, and Python-based tooling into the software lifecycle.

Provide guidance on DevOps, automation, and cloud best practices across the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure role.

Strong proficiency with AWS and AZURE services and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.).

Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably in GitHub Actions.

Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and tooling.

Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Alert Manager, and Grafana

Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft 365 to include Sharepoint, Exchange, and Entra.

Familiarity with security and compliance standards in cloud environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Deeper Experience or Certifications with Microsoft 365.

Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) or other container orchestration platforms.

Knowledge of cost optimization in AWS.

Experience with secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, SSM).

Familiarity with incident management platforms (Splunk oncall, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
