Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of accounting, financial, and operational controls.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, rules, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Verify the accuracy and reliability of accounting, financial, and operational reports essential to company operations.
  4. Assess and monitor risk exposures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  5. Establish accountability measures and verify the proper protection of company assets against potential losses.
  6. Recommend and assist in developing policies, systems, and procedures to strengthen internal controls and minimize risks.
  7. Perform other audit-related duties and special assignments as directed by the Chairman of the Executive Committee.

Qualifications

  • Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant audit experience
  • Training: Certified Internal Auditor, BIR Taxation

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in SAP or similar ERP systems
