Position Overview

Profitability Partners is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple businesses and prepare us to offer outsourced marketing solutions to our clients. You will manage content, campaigns, reporting, and team coordination across five brands: Profitability Partners, Freight Bar, The Courthouse Hotel, IslaSource, and ILovePubs. This is a hands-on role requiring strong delegation, consistent delivery, and deep accountability for marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and maintain clear marketing strategies for each brand under our portfolio.
  • Maintain a 3-week rolling content calendar with 2-week advance scheduling across all brands.
  • Deliver weekly blogs, EDMs, and social content without fail.

2. HighLevel CRM & Funnel Management

  • Use HighLevel to build and manage campaigns, automations, funnels, and lead tracking.
  • Create conversion-optimised landing pages for each campaign and track lead source performance.
  • Support lead nurture sequences and retargeting across all brands.

3. Paid Ads & Digital Campaigns

  • Run paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and test ad variations, monitor performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS), and iterate weekly.
  • Ensure ads are linked to HighLevel tracking and automated flows.

4. Content & Delegation

  • Oversee production of blogs, social media, videos, graphics, newsletters, menus, and marketing collateral.
  • Delegate effectively to in-house and outsourced writers, designers, and video editors—you are the project lead, not a solo operator.
  • Maintain brand consistency while tailoring content per venue/business.

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Provide weekly marketing reports across all brands—covering:
  • Traffic, leads, ad performance, and email metrics
  • What was done, what worked, what's next
  • Use data from HighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to drive decisions.

6. Future Client Service Offering (Agency Model)

  • Help develop a scalable outsourced marketing package for Profitability Partners' hospitality and professional services clients.
  • Create SOPs and pricing models for outsourced blog creation, email marketing, social campaigns, and lead funnels.
  • Participate in client marketing strategy sessions and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Marketing Manager or Campaign Lead role
  • Proficiency in HighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously
  • Strong skills in ad creation (Meta, Google), landing pages, and content strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on a content calendar and lead generation KPIs
  • Excellent communication and delegation skills
