Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Maynilad Water Services, Inc. Full time $50,000 - $100,000 per year

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES1. Manages the day-to-day activities of the section2. Participates in the development of and communication of company policies and guidelines to direct reports for implementation3.

Plans, organizes and leads the Material Distribution and Process Management Section4. Plans a realistic and timely delivery of materials/ supplies according to submitted material requirements thru close supervision and monitoring.5. Ensures availability of materials/supplies to internal and external customers for their operations6.

Manages the SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management (IM/WM) system of Warehouse. Ensures accuracy of SAP-IM/WM transactions to be able to provide sound interpretation, analysis and recommendation.7. Executes necessary changes in SAP-IM/WM and coordinated with ITS when necessary to ensure accuracy of information8.

Ensures that all Integrated Management System (IMS)-related documents and operational procedures (OP) are updated.9. Reviews and consolidates yearly budget of Warehouse Management for approval of the Head, Warehouse Management Department10. Attends alignment & coordination meetings with other business units concerning warehouse operations.11.

Analyzes and validates Business Intelligence (BI) and SAP-related and recommends actions to be taken. Initiates process enhancements including SAP and BI reports.12. Coordinates with Accounting Department to reconcile discrepancies of physical count during the year-end inventory and disposal of inventory stocks to reconcile inventory balances13.

Coordinates with Procurement Department the discrepancies on deliveries and delivery schedules with reference to Purchase Order (PO)14. Executes management policies; appoints, disciplines or dismisses subordinate employees (hires and fires); further, the incumbent's suggestions/ recommendations on the change of an employee's status is given notable weight15.

Prepares and maintains regular and special reports desired by the Head, Warehouse Management DepartmentQUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSMINIMUM EDUCATIONGraduate of any four (4) year course preferably in managementWORK EXPERIENCEWith at least four (4) years of relevant work experience

With at least two (2) years of supervisory work experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIESProficient in MS OfficeHigh problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Strong leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledgeable in materials being used in operations

Knowledgeable in System Application Production (SAP)Must be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
