WHAT WILL YOU DO
This position is responsible for coordinating, recommending, and monitoring effective management of letters of credits, banking requirement, inventory of collaterals, and insurance requirements of the company within the established Treasury policies and procedures with the objectives of facilitating operational requirements and assisting the department as well as in maximizing utilization of funds and insurance placement at the optimum cost with timely and quality service. This position handles confidential, proprietary, and/or critical information of which indiscriminate and/or unauthorized use may cause damage to the company, its shareholders, and customers; if improper use of information results in detrimental outcomes, these actions will be dealt with based on policy and appropriate laws.
1. Letters of Credit/Non-LCs Management
-
Assists in managing Letters of Credit documentation and FX requirements to facilitate the delivery
of imported raw material and CAPEX requirements of the Company to meet the operational targets.
2. Inventory of Collaterals
-
Monitors bank guarantees as collaterals to ensure the security of credit lines issued to customers.
3. Insurance Requirements Placement
-
Assists in assessing the placement of insurance requirements for major company assets to safeguard
against financial loss and liability.
4. Insurance Claims Settlement
-
Assists various business units in the documentation, filing, and settlement of insurance claims in
coordination with the insurer, broker, and adjuster to facilitate payment of claims.
5. Insurance Records and Information Management
-
Prepares various reports and analyses which serve as the basis for recommendations or proposals
for insurance requirements to determine cost implication and the status of outstanding insurance
claims.
6. Risk Management and Bank Services Innovation
-
Proposes cost savings alternatives and innovations to drive and support the Company's cost
reduction initiatives.
7. Learning and Development
-
Discusses with Section Manager skills and development gaps and needs
-
Attends technical skills and personal development training and learning sessions to continually
improve knowledge and skills. -
Collaborates and mentors colleagues, as needed, for best job execution and attainment of targets

Attends cascades and learning sessions on company policies, guidelines, and updates for
understanding and compliance
8. Environment, Health, Safety, and Security

Participates in the plant safety, health, and environment committee organization

Implements and complies with safety, health, and environment programs in the performance of the
assigned job.
9. Other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
-
College Graduate: Business degree, preferably finance, business management, or management accounting.

Masters in Business Administration is an advantage but not required.

Being a Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
-
At least 2 years of experience in treasury, insurance, and bank services. Experience in the food & beverage
industry is an advantage. -
Knowledge of and experience in banking and insurance operations
