Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Treasury Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the treasury department, ensuring seamless execution of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Your primary objective will be to acquire an in-depth understanding of payment processes and treasury functions, allowing you to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders. You will be required to respond promptly to queries, ensure all items are actioned accordingly, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will also be responsible for organizing treasury meetings, setting agendas, and circulating meeting minutes. Additionally, you will need to maintain effective communication between the treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of payment processes and treasury functions.
  • Respond promptly to queries and ensure all items are actioned accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.

RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Diligent, conscientious, organized, and accurate.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Treat all company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working in a customer service/business role.
