Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Refrigeration Operator to join our Engineering and Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining refrigeration systems to ensure efficient and safe cold storage operations.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Graduate of any 4-year or 2-year technical course.
• Holder of an Associate Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Vocational/Technical Course in Refrigeration and Airconditioning (RAC).
• High school graduates with at least 7 years of experience in HVAC-R are also welcome to apply.
• Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in refrigeration equipment and machinery maintenance, preferably in cold storage or a related industry.
• Special Skills:
• Knowledge in Ammonia evacuation, instrument reading, electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Good leadership, communication (oral and written), and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Other Requirements:
• Can adapt to chilled and freezer environments.
• Physically fit, can work at height, and willing to work on shifting schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
