Old HS Diploma is Acceptable


Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years Contact Center experience
  • Minimum 1 year Collections background (financial, banking, telco, healthcare, etc.)
  • Voice account experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in QC
  • Amenable to shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue accounts

• Assist customers with payment options and account verification

• Document call interactions accurately

• Follow compliance and quality standards

• Meet daily/weekly collection targets
